Cutting

We cut glass materials according to customer needs from our regularly maintained stock of various types of glass.

A glass edge design that gives a semicircular ("C" type) or trapezoidal profile.

Polishing

Grinding glass edges to give the edge profile a semi-round ("C" type) or trapezoidal shape.

Drilling

In a glass sheet, it is possible to drill simple or conical holes from Ø6 mm to Ø180 mm.

Tempering

A thermal treatment that ensures glass safety and greater resistance to shattering.

Bending

During this operation, glass bending and grooving functions are performed.

Lamination

Bonding two or more glass sheets with PVB or EVA films using high temperature and pressure.

Milling

Glass cutouts are made according to Dorma, Bohle, and Casma catalogs or to individual requirements.

Enameling

Painting glass surfaces according to NCS or RAL palettes, followed by glass rolling and curing of the paint layer.

Screen printing

Screen printing is a glass painting method using a stencil. Graphic elements can be printed in two or more colors.

Heat Soak Test (HST)

This test reduces the likelihood of spontaneous explosion of glass installed at the site by up to 99.8% (additional conditions apply).
